PLATEAU…
Monday, August 13th, 2007Okay.. I have officially hit a plateau… I feel like for the past 6 weeks I have not changed very much at all. What should I do different? I am going to change my workout rountine next week, add a little more cardio. My diet is super clean but I guess I could cut back on the little fruit I do eat, the power butter, almonds that I sometimes snack on, and maybe cut back on my protein pudding. I’d love to hear any and all suggestions that have worked for you.
