So I just got done with my second of 10 series of rolfing with my rolfer who is also one of my clients that i train. I have decided not to compete this fall because of the fact that my body has been out of alignment. Actually there is a lot to this story. I use to be a mild stutterer up on until 5 yrs ago. I have taught myself how to control it, which has been a life long goal of mind, and I have succeeded. Because of this my structure inside and out has been shifted really bad, ribs, muscles, organs and nerves has played a big role in my misalignment. I am so grateful for having the opportunity to have this done. Ultimately put my mental state and physical state back in balance. There has been a lot of misconceptions about rolfing, how it’s painful, it can be if you don’t know how your bodyworks and you aren’t in tune physically. If you are lifting weights or playing any type of sport you should definitely have a rolfer. I believe everyone should have a rolfer no matter who you are. Rolfing is a system of body work that can make dramatic changes in a person’s structure. Rolfers believe that the shape of the body reflects how well it is operating and how well lined up (balanced) it is with the field of gravity. 3 seconds up 3 seconds down shouldn’t be confused with super slow or static negative training. I have just discovered this type of training that is truly amazing, Gaspari actually trained like this for yrs and he had one of the best chest in bodybuilding. The focus is on muscle tension rather than how much weight you can rack on thus helping you to add on the bulk quicker, it has been working for me. Would love to know if anyone else has tried it

I just briefly scanned over your article. I have just been certified with the worlds only fat burning all around workout which includes resistance training, cardio, and Itonic vibration training. It is absolutely amazing. It is scientifically proven to burn 1000 calories in 30min. Yes alot of people and trainers may say that’s impossible, but going through the training from the doctor/researcher and master trainer it is absolutely for real I can’t really say too much other than it came from Free Motion. But my clients have been so grateful for giving them most effective fat calorie burning program in the world. The biggest part is pulling your energy from your stored fat slower so that it is more effective, given that they are still eating healthy as well.

Wow! it’s such a thrill to see such great talent on BB.com. Anyway I start bulking again next week. I went down to the Emerald cup this yr and had an absolute blast. I also got a chance to talk with Tanji Johnson and the head judge at the competition. They both advised that I put on 10lbs of mass which I completely new I had to do. So they just confirmed it for me. I will be video blogging my training so that you can see my progress. I am soooo excited to bulk again!
