Ok folks. Back to a 4 days split. 5 was getting to me! Not enough time to recover I guess.
Started the ‘Cut Diet’ by Scivation too. Farkin’ excellent! Love to follow-along on the blogs. Training rocks, all else is well. Haven’t got a damn thing to complain about. Life couldn’t better — oh and my calves are finally starting to split! WOOHOO

Hi! Changed up my workout sched. Moved to a 5-day split to bring up my arms. I’ll be working Biceps and Triceps together now. My lower body is coming along nicely so I want to focus on my upper body and see what kind of results I get.
Still having a hard time shedding fat, so I upped my cardio. I hit the gym at 05:30 now instead of lunch time. Cardio on an empty stomach - yuck
Kicked ass today - Leg Day - Won’t be walking too far tomorow. Regards.
