Just arrived home yesterday from the Arnold Classic 2008… it was awesome! Here’s some things I learned this year….I’m in love with Frank McGrath from Animal pack, only go to the expo on Saturday if your fantasy is rubbing against hundreds of strangers, the best way to get free supplements is ask, and the red-line booth has the best asses for walk by snapshots lol. Also got to attend my first UFC fight…pretty cool other than Dan Henderson losing.
