The day after
my first session with Trainer Judy Wright after effects are still alive in my body! She’s polite, soft spoken but merciless. The simple act of removingmy bed sheets and pulling the shower curtain was painful, yet I derived some form of pleasure from knowing I dug my heels in and gave my best. I walked away realizing that besides needing someone to be in my face to push and challenge me, I need the accountability, someone who walks the walk and lives the lifestyle with an equally encouraging and challenging attitude and she has it. I now have a link that keeps track of my carbs, protein, fats and overall caloric intake - thanks to Judy, so I think this tool will help me a lot in monitoring my caloric intake on my LC days.
Alright, time to get some studying done. Stay the course!
