Let the cutting commence!
Just coming off a successful bulk, now to the misery of cutting. Gained a great amount of strength and size in the past several months. Now the misery of steady state cardio, clean eating and minimal alcohol. I wonder if I can fool myself by drinking Sprite Zero out of a martini glass?

I have used club soda with lime in a high ball glass for the feel of a mixed drink. I didn’t fool myself…Good luck with your cut.

Can’t do HIIT? Do you lose muscle that way? I HATE dull, boring & plodding steady-state cardio.
Maybe you can fool yourself by doing shots of protein shakes.

Steady state is the WORST! The problem is I already do an hour of pretty high intensity cardio 5 days a week when I teach cardio kickboxing and spinning at my studio, so my 2nd hour of daily cardio while cutting really needs to be lower in intensity, or else I shred muscle.

Crikey! 2 separate hrs of cardio. I sure wish I had time to give that a whirl for a little while……..so I’d reach Abs City. Good luck.

Yeah, can’t say that it’s fun, but it helps when one of those hours is my job!
