Two weeks down…
So, I’m not much of a blogger, but I figure since I am starting to make some progress I should share what’s working for me!
When I joined Bodyspace there were a few inspiring members that motivated me to make a change, but it wasn’t till I started to read all this hype about SteveP78 and his crazy plans that I knew I needed to kick it up a notch. So, after seeing Beautiful Grace, Irondiva and some other profiles I decided I needed to get me one of those plans! I ordered the Extreme Fat Destruction plan off www.Fitnesspoynters.com I’ve been at it about 2.5 weeks now. I can honestly say I’ve always enjoyed lifting weights but never have I been excited to hit the gym until now. The workout intensity is crazy, and I just want to push myself further every day. I’m starting to see changes and feeling so much stronger! I knew I was making progress but when I got my bodyfat tested yesterday, it was confirmed! I went from 34% bf to 30.1% in less than a month, lost a total of approx 5 inches and my metabolic age went from 44 to 32. I still have a long way to go, but with only 2.5 weeks in I know I will reach my goals if I stick to it!
Now, I’m not perfect… there was a day or two that involved a few off-plan snacks, but most days are 100% on-plan because I like the food and I’m never hungry. I do have to pre-prep all my food into Ziploc containers and have a gallon of water with me wherever I go, but this is what keeps me on track. It definitely requires discipline and organization. But once you start to see changes and feel great, its all worth it! There is so much support from Steve and my girls with Team Poynter. I can’t wait to see what changes are coming… thank you Steve!!TEAM POYNTER ROCKS!!
