So yesterday was legs, shoulders and triceps. I asked the trainer to help me out..and so he did…chased me around the gym…lol…I loved it…I was exhausted
Leg press & shoulder press…Smith machine squats & lateral raises….Deadlifts & Upright rows…Leg curl & triceps extension….hip extensions & triceps dips….arm extensions & abs…abs….abs…3×15 all.
And today I went to the beach to jump some waves……I am starting to be fearless of them so I can start learning how to surf…but today one big one took me badly and I almost lost my bikini bottoms…looool…anyway, thought I will run later on, but I am truly tired and all I want is my bed.
Tomorrow starts the Pisco Sour weekend….yumi…so I will be drinking for sure…yeah yeah yeah…
A Pisco Sour is a cocktail containing Pisco (a regional brandy), lemon or lime juice, egg whites, simple syrup, and regional bitters (like Amargo bitters, though Angostura bitters work if regional bitters are unavailable).The national origin of the pisco sour is debated if from Chile or Peru. In both countries, the variety of lemon used has a flavor similar to key lime. In the United States, the drink is usually made with commonly available Lisbon or Eureka lemons.

Yesterday we made a party for our grandma…BBQ, ribs, steaks, chicken wings…tons of Corona, champagne, vodka and so on….I was a good girl…had some ribs with salad, one Corona and one glass of champagne for the toast.
))
And this morning I went on the treadmill and 40 minutes religiously running and sweating the s**t out
Feel so much lighter and cleaner…
Well..Xmas is coming and more resisting yumi cakes and sweets will be required…but I will not worry about that yet…
Going to buy a new bikini today
New Year´s celebration will be on the beach
And also decided that my home gym is not enough…going to join SPORTLIFE FITNESS CLUB round the corner from January and lets see the changes from there

Hiya to all
The summer in Peru is starting to hit hard, so time to really gear up and tighten up the glutes
Also it is better for me to get up earlier and do my cardio in the mornings and weight in the evenings, when it is not so hot!
Like right now, 2:36pm and it is like 28 degrees and I have a fan on and still I am so damn hot…
Recently I started taking vitamins again and also whey protein…what a difference…at least now I have more energy to cook dinner for my husband without falling asleep and hold some meaningful conversation with him about his day at work.
I work out @ home so it is no problem just get up and go do it…but my equipment is not so wide ranged…and I am thinking to join the EXPENSIVE gym around the corner…what a girl gotta do eh? Anyways, as I am so far away from home, ( my home is Czech Republic) my hubby is making all my wishes possible and he is very sweet and supportive about all I am doing…Thank you hun…love you
So…where was I? Yeah, going today to check the gym out and planning to join in from January.
To all my friends…thank you for lovely comments…you are helping me and pushing me to be better!!!!
So…this is all for today…going to read some M&F and learn something new
