I went to GNC, you know just to get some information, because their products are WAY more expensive than bodybuilding.com, I was wondering. He said that fish oil provides a good fatty stuff, and releases the bad fatty stuff. Is that true?

Yes. I take one fish oil with breakfast, lunch, and one at dinner too. And, for something as simple as Fish Oils and other Vitamins I do my shopping at Walmart or Coscto. — Plus, I trust the quality of Nature Made products over others.

Yup! he was right. Fish oil and flax seed oil help increase good cholesterol and helps reduce bad cholesterol!
