I had the best work out ever today, I really felt challenged and had break through. It’s mind over matter, I found I was enjoying the pain rather than concentrating on it and telling myself this is too difficult and too heavy - I can’t possibly lift that weight. I told myself that I can do better than this and was able to push through the pain.
Man I feel great! More motivated than ever I can’t wait to see definition start to kick in. Already I’ve noticed that my stomach is flatter than it’s ever been and firming up. Bring it on it what I say……
Divide and Conquer!!!
Finally I feel like I am getting somewhere it’s like suddenly my body has kicked into a different gear and showing all the hard work is paying off! I’m so pleased that I decided to take body building a little more seriously man I can’t wait until I’m completely sleek. I’m on a complete buzz.
Any way that’s me for now before I pop something.
Just wanted to get that out of my system.
See ya later

I was reading this article by Lisa and had to totally agree with everything she was saying, moving to the UK I quickly realised it’s all about look/brands and the younger you are the thinner the girls are getting. They are looking pale and malnourished. How on earth are they going to properly develop when they aren’t getting enough nutrition…..or proper nutrition.
Even though I don’t think I want to get anywhere near as big as Lisa, whom I think look totally fab…I also agree with these stick figures walking about that look like they would fall over at the slightest breeze.
I thought I wanted to be thin, I’ve been there before and thought that’s what I wanted again, however I’ve soon realised that being fit and nicely cut and solid looks better than looking sick, gaunt and unhealthy.

Hey Everyone, well I am so pleased with my progress I had to report it back. I’ve lost another 2kg’s and I’ve not been 54.9kg’s since I was in 20’s. I up’d my weights the other day but final took courage and let my personal trainer that I want to take body building more seriously and get nicely cut. I don’t think I want to go competition level but just really nicely cut. So as of Monday my whole training regime is going to change. I can’t wait…..can’t wait to see what he’s got in store and can’t wait to see the changes to my body. So hold out for those new pic’s. Tried taking a back/butt shot last night but it didn’t work out so well. Butt is still needing loads of work and the back has very little definition…basically still a little soft. But that’s all about to change! Any way that’s mainly what I wanted to share…….you guys are great on this site and the encouragement I’ve received has only made me more driven!

Hi Everyone I’ve been taking my health and body seriously since the beginning of the year (2007). I joined one of the best gym’s in the area and enlisted the help of a personal trainer. I put on lots of weight over the years and got to around 63kg’s which is a lot of some one of my height. Put it this way chunky was how I looked and how I felt. In my posted photo I way 55kg’s which is really cool. Looking to loose another 5 kg’s then hoping to see muscle definition kick in.
