The weather is getting nicer and i love it. Can’t wait to be able to swim in my pool. Def one of my fav excerises. I can forget the tredmill and run in the park finally. Still attendind my class and still loving it. I also set up that i get healthy meal recipies in my email because i love to cook and this way ill end up cooking healthy. So far so good..

Well i joined this workout class in nyc. Im going every thursday with a friend of mine. Its such a fun class, im having a great time. Everyone there is so nice and encouraging And its great for confedence and loving your body. This class is hot, and i cant wait to go back when i leave.
Other then that i have to work on my diet. Ive been eating mostly healthy but ive also been going off enouph to be just maintining my weight. Still looking to loose, im going to have to make it more strict asap!

Its going great.. ive gotten so motivated thanks to this site and all the nice people on it ive started to look forward to my workouts. Being monday today was my off day. I work overnights at an animal hospital. Its 24hr emergency care. So i work the 10hr night shift from 10pm to 8am. Sun, mon, tues & weds. So after that sunday night im so beat monday mornings i had to make it my off day or id be half assing it at the gym. I def dont want that! But for the rest of my week im ready to go!

So my first day went pretty well. I think im just not giving myself enough credit. Like i started with such light weights then i found out that i could handle so much more. You live and learn i guess hehe. My chest was the hardest because i dont think i ever worked it out before. Got cardio tomorrow, now that im used too!

So Today is going to be my first day of weight training. I did lots of research and got help from the great people on this site so that i can come up with a good workout program. Im very excited. Im starting with upper body. Im weight training 3x a week and doing cardio for 2. Alternating my upper and lower body so some weeks ill be doing upper twice and the next ill be doing lower twice. Wish me luck all!
