Aplodan

Wednesday, August 13th, 2008

When I started taking Aplodan 2 weeks ago, I was pretty skeptical.  It was partly because of the hyped up product page, and partly because I never heard of the ingredients before.  But MuscleTech was kind enough to hook me up with a free bottle, and I have to say the stuff rocks!

The most dramatic effects came in the first few days.  I felt my strength go up and I was getting in more reps on every set.  This was even after a month of being lazy and not lifting.

The extra boost from Aplodan has been a huge encouragement for getting back into a good gym routine and its definitely my favorite product at this moment.  I will keep using it and keep you updated.

My first blog!

Tuesday, January 15th, 2008

This is my first blog ever.  I thought I’d write a little about how I got started lifting more and the progress I’ve seen so far.

I started working at BBcom in May 2007.  Working here was my number 1 motivation to try to put on some muscle!  Its great working here with people who are dedicated to fitness and health and talking to customers who are dedicated and have alot of advice and encouragement to share!  I have always been lean and really liked cardio activity.  I am a runner and I mountain bike.  I have always gone to the gym and done a little lifting but I never made much in the way of muscle gains.

I started going to the gym more seriously in July ‘07.  I made two big changes, #1 I started to really focus on lifting; I cut out most of the cardio and started to challenge myself on the weights.  The second change I made was using the right supplements!  Adding plenty of protein and a good pre and post workout formula worked wonders for me.

When I started in July I weighed 150lbs, now I am up to almost 170lbs.  I still have my abs, so i guess it is mostly muscle gain.  My original goal was to reach 175 in six months. I didnt make my goal in time, but I should be there soon.
