					<description>Chest is usually incline db press, incline barbell press and 1 to 2 fly movements.  I always finish with as many pushups as I can get.  I do dips on arm days, not chest days, but they are very helpful with chest.  Diet is 30 to 35 grams of protein every 3 hours along with a moderate amount of carbs (depends how lean I am trying to be) and about 50 to 70 grams of fat a day - depends on if I eat nuts, nut butters or fattier fish if it is up to 70 - if so it was probably a bit lower carb day.
