Short update
Well, I obviously do not keep a good blog, oh well. Training has been good, have made some gains here and there, lost some gains here and there because of nagging injuries - basically just the same as always. I really need to pick a goal to train towards, I feel like I am just going about it but without the focus I really need. I have thought about a couple of different shows, started a couple of diets and then decided against it. I kind have a certain halloween outfit idea in mind that I would have to be pretty ripped for, so I am going to attempt an 8 week diet starting next week to work to that, we’ll see. Right now I am about 175ish, down from 190ish a month ago and setting at about 9.5% bodyfat, so I am at good point to get in shape within 8 weeks - I just have to stay focused.
