Still Hitting Hit, just not writing it
Well, since my last post I have done everything, nothing astonishing, but I have not further injured anything so that is good
It is strange how deadlifting can be so easy when you groove the weight and so hard when you get slightly off. The other day I went to 505 and pulled it easy so I go to 525 and get my hips slightly high had to set it down after only getting to my knees, so frustrating, oh well, next time. It has taken me forever to get back to those weights after switching from a sumo to a conventional stance, but at least I am there again even if I am not as consistent as I was before at completing them.
