I forgot I had asthma…OOOPPPSSS O_O
I haven’t done any major cardio for a loooong time, I know wat everyone’s thinks, so yes I’ve been a naughty boy. For as long as I can remember all I’ve ever done is light cardio just 15 - 20 mins 2 - 3 times a week then not bothering for a couple of weeks and starting again then stopping etc etc, so today i thought sod it I’m going for a loooonng HIIT run and make sure this is the time to get into a rhythm focusing on improving cardio and reducing my BF%, so off i go running down the road feeling like the route I’ve mentally set out was way to easy…as u do…got half way through; probably the 10th or 11th rest period when i realised that things are gona get alot more interesting lol….i bet u can fill in the rest…so with this reminder well and truly at the top of my "remember list" I’m gona look forward to my run 2mo :O)
