74 days down/142 days to go

Today…EXCELLENT run day….ran 20 out of the 30 mins +5 mins cool down…5 min warmup, 5 min run, three mins walk and here’s the big news..10 mins straight running!  then two mins walking, followed by 5 more running…rest walking + 5 mins cooldown…. woot!  Very happy. I knew that I could one day, but I didn’t know that I would be able to today!  Food was good…think I ate pretty constantly except for this evening…but we’re doing better.

Emotionally:  happier again…saw Eric, two days in a row…starting to worry about some issues there…oh well, if it’s ment to be it will be.  Otherwise, a pretty average day!  Still pumped about my accomplishment which is why I’m making cabbage soup at 1:00 am…can’t sleep!

    Congrats. Stay focus and dont let NOTHING DERAIL YOU! You be up to half marathons in no time.
