Wow, Pictures are soooo important, it’s ridiculous.  This am, I took a pic of me in the red dress then photoshopped it over the original after making sure the height’s were the same…you know, lining up the chin, head, etc. and my old pic was 3.8% wider than the new one!  I never would have thought my body had changed that much.  I honestly can’t see the difference when I just look at the pics.  My lbs aren’t really down that much (8 lbs-ish total so far) and my inches don’t seem to be going down either…they are, but it doesn’t feel like it.  So doing the photoshop thing really allowed my logical head to see the progress.  And I’m quite happy about it.  At this rate, I’ll totally make my goal!  lol..I took the number of days with 3.8 reduction and photoshopped my future…just to prove to my brain that it is possible to reach my goals.  I just have to keep on track with what I’m doing.  I saved it as my desktop to remind myself of the possibility everyday…so I can believe it, and it’s a very gradual change so I think looking at it will help me focus on how the little changes will eventually add up.   In case you’re curious to see my little motivational montage…
