32 days down/171 to go …those silly boys…

Today was another great workout!  Did the run thing again.  I have no idea how much I actually ran!  Basically we ran until we could barely go anymore then walked then ran some more.  We ended up with HITTing at its best. My legs are so exhausted it’s ridiculous, I’m soo glad it’s upper body day tomorrow!  Food, was pretty good, I’m short so far on my water …but I’ll make that up pretty quickly.

A pretty girl walked by me when I was leaving the gym yesterday afternoon.  I presume she was going to the gym because she had a large bag and was walking in that direction.  Two guys stopped their car right in the middle of the road…the driver whistled loudly and said ‘hey’, when she didn’t respond, he said ‘hey, hey!’ again.  I don’t understand why guys think a girl would respond to that…lol… all we hear is  "Hey!  I’m to lazy to get out of my car, approach you politely and I figure if I make enough noise, you’ll turn around and run back to me!"  too funny. 

Emotionally…excellent again…I have a toothache which sucks, but I’ve felt happy all day.  Started getting my focus back on other things, like work and the house, which is excellent.

    I think those guys thought they were cool… thats no way to talk to a female. thats great your getting your focus on other things now.. keep up the excellant work!

    men… when they don’t talk to you they yell at you, it’s hard being a girl I guess :-P
    oh well, hey thanks for stopping by, looks like you’re gaining momentum! I haven’t run in at least 3 weeks, I had bad shin splints so trainer man and I have just been faithful to the eliptical for my cardio…I was getting good at running though, down to almost one mile in 9 min, so I ran 2 almost 3 some days. Maybe next week I’ll try running again, we’ll see.
