31 days down/172 to go … first post workout high

Wow, what a great day.  Workout was wonderful…it was the first time I actually felt ‘high’ afterwards.  Still smiling.  and hungry…time for food!  Just a little short on food today…we’ll try to plan better for tomorrow.  :)  

Emotionally; I’m on my first post workout high, so great!  My Mom left me two danish’s this morning (she lives with me…in the basement, rent’s way to high in Calgary for someone who works at a homeless shelter to afford on their own.)  Anyway, my dog Sparky found them while I was washing my face, I didn’t even know they were there.  By the time I walked into the living room, he was on the coffee table chowing down! (which is good for me because it took away the temptation.)  I told him "bad dog" and tapped his bottom (I don’t actually hit, I never hit animals!) and put him back on the floor and wouldn’t let him on the couch for 5 mins…about 6 hours later, while I was making lunch I dropped a carrot on the floor and called him (he likes his veggies too) well, he didn’t answer right away, so I called again…he came running into the room with a giant rice crispy square in his mouth that he stole from my Mom’s purse…still wrapped and not even punctured.  Lol, that was probibly the cutest thing he’s ever done!    How could that not make for a great day?  :)
