Now for the rest!  Aquasizes were wonderful…esp. the hot tub afterwards!  yup…my legs are going to kill tomorrow and guess what!  it’s Leg Day!  yea!  it was a good food day and water day too…so all in all a great day!  I think I’ll sleep well tonight!  :)

 Great news!  my workout partner decided to do the running thing with me!  woohoo!  We decided to do treadmills on Wed and Friday for our aerobics, so basically changing our walking to running and doubling time ….it’ll take a bit longer to get to 10k, but that’s ok.  :)   it’s all good, I’m excited!  :)   :)   :)  

Emotionally:  it’s a great day!  I feel happy and excited and hopeful and all that good stuff.  And I bought weight lifting gloves because my palms get all pinchy and hurtie when I do the 12’s on the machine…I’m pretting them up tonight for their debut tomorrow!
