28 days down/175 to go … a wasted week

4 weeks down!  and what a wasted week!  oh well…I was very sick, so I shouldn’t beat myself up over it.  Fresh start tomorrow!  I must have finally eaten enough because today I was full of energy and actually got around to some yard work.  I look forward to next week and all the challenges I’ve set up for myself!  Get the workout back on track, add the running program to my current program…and get back to eating breakfast everyday…today, it tasted like dry oats, and I only managed a few bites.  It was so hard to choke down the food…it only took a few weeks last time.  I don’t imagine it’ll take that long before my tummy’s craving breakfast again!  At least I kept up on my water so I don’t have to worry about running to the bathroom every 10 mins again!  lol.   

Emotionally:  Energized, happy, brave and it was a really good day.  Had the courage to call someone who I shouldn’t, but he was happy to hear from me, which always makes me happy!  :)   Silly, I know, but it did. 

Anyway, ciao for now kiddlies…
