Ack!  my time is ticking away and I still have this darn cold!  :(   Well, I didn’t go to the gym, I went for a walk instead.  got to the 3 block mark and started feeling dizzy so I went home…more neo-citrine and back in bed… sigh.  Had a kiwi and chicken noodle soup.  Need this thing gone…need to eat…need to get my energy back to normal!!!

Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day!

Emotionally: just exhausted, tired, dizzy, coughie…and blah.
