15 down, 188 to go … terribly tired

Had a very nice and quiet day today.  Just nice and mellow…didn’t really do too much.   Except workout, sleep and eat.  I was sooooo terribly tired today, its ridiculous!  Guess I should start on the iron pills again.

 Workout was very good.  I felt lathargic, but looking back at my notes, I actually lifted better than I did on Wed.  Guess that’s why we take notes!  Food; had breakie…water…and ate a few times…and ate clean… 

 Emotionally, well..tired and blah…I didn’t even take time to enjoy the gorgeous day, I just slept and did some laundry… must perk up!  Hope I’m not catching a cold!  Ack!  nooooooooo! :)
