New Year, New Goals
Saturday, January 12th, 2008I have my workouts down, three days of lifting and three days of aerobics and one day off… classic body for life workout plan. It’s really fun and I love the social interaction as well as the wobbly muscle feeling afterwards.
My main focus now is to get my diet working for me. I need to eat 5-6 small meals, a task I find so hard, but, this week, I finished a week of eating 5 meals a day! Well, except for Wed when my preworkout meal consisted of a small turkey pepperoni and a bottle of water after not eating for 7 hours, but still, Woohoo!
