So far, So good!
I just finished my 8th week of steady workouts, and I feel great!
I’m loosing inches by the pound…but I’m not losing any pounds. I hear this is OK because I’m replacing fat with muscle… I started at 140 lbs of lean and I estimate that I’m at 155 lbs of lean which means that I’ve lost a total of 16 lbs of fat so far! Woohoo! Now that feels like an accomplishment.
The best part? I can fit into one of my favorite dresses! Last time I tried it on, if was so tight I couldn’t pull it over my head, I felt so sad and angry with myself. But now I’m happy and no longer taking it out on myself! Thanks a big bunch to my workout buddy!
