Fallen…
It’s been said that it doesnt matter how many times you fall, what matters is that you get up again. Well I have fallen again over the last 2-3 weeks in my diet and exercise and it was a hard fall. Not just a snack here or there but a lot of binge eating around the clock almost. Cookies, candy, fast food for breakfast, lunch and dinner and all times of the day. The source of my fall is an unhappiness in the personal and professional aspects of my life. So how will I rebound? I’m not sure exactly, but I am going to get back up again with the refocus of my energies to my diet and exercise again and also to rediscovering what makes me happy. Easier said than done I know, but starting again by correcting my eating and exercise habits seem to be the easiest thing for me to work on first. Stay tuned.
