YAY! I hit a milestone!
Crappy day with food…missed my am snack, and its 2.20p and i’m just now about to chow on lunch. I finally did a set of incline presses with the 45lbs dumbells…6 reps…YAY!!!!! I was so on cloud nine that I almost forgot about some guests that were coming over…lol…i go to greet them, and they are like, all over 6"4!!!! Geez, i felt like a midget!!!!!! Like, is it a prerequisite to be tall to work at that company??!! 45lbs…yay….ok, chicken now…oh ya i broke my toe two weeks ago, i hope it heals soon so i can stop wearing flip flops to work.

Very nice on both pics, but nice progress. More definition on lats and your perfect glutes.

I’d be okay wearing Teva’s to work, even if I had to break my toe to do it..hhhmmm, worth pondering….
