Fitness Nirvana!
It feels good to get in control of your life. I was really unhappy with my work / life situation for a while–the company I worked for was great, but the job was too demanding, leaving me little time for family, friends, and my fitness goals. After some soul-searching and re-visiting both my short and long-term goals, I took a chance and changed companies. I would have to say that so far, so great! My work hours / work load are finally manageable, and this new company is a great fit to my work ethic and personality. Best of all, they are fitness friendly, offering an on-site gym, healthy prepared meals, bodyfat testing, and all of the other perks imporant to fitness fanatics! I am already feeling less stressed and in control of my life again.
