What I ate today

1 cup warm water with lemon juice and herbalife thermo
½ cup cooked oatmeal, 3 hard-boiled egg whites and 1 yolk, green tea -

½ small sweet potato, 4 oz grilled chicken breast AND 10 slices cucumber

3 oz Tuna and asparagus spears

4 oz chicken, ½ cup brown rice, Asparagus, Green beans

Whey protein, glutamine, calcium
