Homemade Muesli…YUMMY
This muesli is not only low GI, but very tasty as well.
ingredients:
- 2 and a half cups oat
- 1 and a half cup hi-fibre bran
- 1 and a half cup all bran flakes
- half cup raisins
- half cup chopped dried fruit
- half cup sunflower seeds
- quarter cup sesame seeds
Mix all ingredients together and store in an air tight container

Do you know the rough Calorie Content of this Muesli Mix?

I have no idea my love, I don’t do the calorie counting thing, I just eat in moderation, using the Body for Life and Precision Nutrition type eating principles. I eat 1/2 cup of the muesli with rice milk or home made almond milk (I make it). I also feel good after eating it, no bloating etc. Sorry I can’t be of much help on calorie counting ne..
