what I ate today

another FANTASTIC day, celebrating my 0.7kg and 1.2% body fat removal..YAY

  1. Whey pro upon waking up
  2. Oatmeal and egg whites
  3. chicken, sweet potato and mixed veggies
  4. yoghurt and apple
  5. Lean beef mince, brown rice and green beans and broccoli
  6. MRP - Vanilla custard YUMMY
