I had my bi-weekly appointment with the dietician and I am pleased that I have removed 2% bodyfat in the last 12 days. Everyday in everyway I am getting stronger, fitter and leaner and getting closer to achieving my goals…Please note that: I say that I have removed the fat, not lost it because it is gone for good…:), it has served its purpose and I have totally let it go, no need to hold onto it…
Thank you Nature for the life giving and sustaining food you provide…:)

I have stopped rewarding myself for being "GOOD" with cake/chocolate, croissants and all my so called fave cheat foods - I have massages instead. I did the Thai massage last week and yesterday I had a Swedish massage and I find that this is the best treat for my body instead of the junk that make me feel exhausted, craving for more or physically sick.
My body loves the massages and I feel rejuvenated, relaxed and calm…:). The masseuse came to my house for 1.5hrs and I didn’t have to drive thereafter. I was awesome

I am pleased to announce that have finally completed my "fitness/health" vision board and I use as my motivation when I am doing my cardio - walk at a 15% incline OR running on the treadmill. After gym I hang it up where I see it all day. It helps me stay motivated on my goals - as a result I have eaten clean for the last week (no cheating) and worked out intensely - pushed my self harder
I also repeat these words during weight training: "I am more than I appear to be, all the worlds strength and power rests inside me" and I feel that I can do and be anything I want - LIFE IS GOOD and is meant to be abundant.

I had the most challenging workout today, using the gymstick for the resistance, plyometrics, punching heavy bag and jump rope - the workout only lasted 35 minutes and I was finished - it was very intense. Overall, a very exciting workout and my body was challenged to its limit. I worked hard, and burned calories like crazy.

I believe that Life is too short to get too worried or obssessed about the so-called “housewife chores”. So we have a full time domestic worker, she does everything except for COOKING, that’s my hobby.
I am not a "happy camper" this morning, our domestic worker has not arrived, so I missed my morning workout, I set weekly goals and all my workouts are planned so I am a little bit annoyed. Had to get the little one ready for play school, wash up the dishes, clean up the toilets, let the pool guy in…blah…blah…blah…
I also have to entertain the little one when she comes back from school and need to plan that FAST…Gotta go now

I just had a Thai massage and it was wonderful. Thought I should give details as one reader wanted to know what Thai massage is? It is also also called Thai yoga massage, because the therapist uses her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches. It is like doing yoga without any work, it is both relaxing and energising. Muscle compression, joint mobilisation, and acupressure are also used during the treatment.
It is an oil-less massage performed on the floor and designed to increase flexibility, decrease stress. The technique used involves a unique combination of gentle rocking and stretching using range of motion and acupressure techniques applied through clothing - the girls are puny, but are very strong. I go to a Thai Spa which is 2 minutes away from my house and all the girls and boys are Thai off course. It costs about 30 US Dollars = R 300 South African Rands and they give you a cup of green tea after the session.
