I love kempo ! ! ! I feel energized focused and nice & stretched out. I wish I could do this everyday along with my over 3 mile walk a day. I feel like I’m learning how to fight again! I LOVE IT !!!!!!!!!!!!
The abripper X was the excersice of the day. My abs feel great and they are nice and pumped. I still have to do legs tonight. I can’t wait to lose some more weight so I can be more on point.
Man oh man. I thought Yoga was easy. I was massively mistaken. I couldn’t even do half of the program today. Everypart of my body was sweating. What a good workout.
I just completed the third day of the P90X. It was arms and shoulders. The workout went by very quikly and I feel all the burn I would like to have. I love being a little sore.
I just started this program and I love it. I think school sport programs across the country should be using the P90X program. People should have to do some of it in highschool gym class. I just finished day 2 and already I feel my body trandsforming. I am so sore. I mean II am like too sore. It’s time for a recovery drink!
