    He Everyone,

    I started my diet last week and my work out this week. Started at 203 lbs, down to 200 lbs, 1 lb at a time. The drop has started and I will make my 190 lb goal by 3 April 2009. Then with your help I will hit the next 10 lb goal of 180 lbs and 20% BMI.
