The one I was disappointed with was big Lou Ferrigno.  My friend wanted to get a photo but Lou’s manager said only if we purchased something. I was blown away that Big Lou has come to this.   All the athletes looked great and all smiled and took time out of there day to share with us fans.   The expo was at the Las Vegas Convention center and it was huge. They had the 202 showdown, fitness and figure comps, strength training contests, every fricking supplement company was there. My arms were hurting from the full free bags of supp’s.

Most importantly I saw kids running everywhere. That was the first time I saw more kids there than at the playground. Kudo’s for our sport.

I can’t wait for the Arnold!!!!
