6 oz chicken, 4 egg whites on mixed greens with cucumbers. Fat Free Oil and Vinegar

 1 fish tab, 1 opti-men Multi

Off day at gym tonite…Back at it tommorow with Back and Bi’s with a cardio session.

3 months going strong…..

March 9, 2009

Been going strong on my diet for 3 months.  I have updated my pics and I can really see a change, and it makes it that much easier to continue eating healthy. It has now become a lifestyle.  Still working out 4-5 days a week and have stopped cardio all together now as with my new eating habits there is no need for it.  I owe most of this to bodyspace, as i have learned so many new things here and seeing other people in shape has inspired me. 

 Night off tonite, then we hit arms tommorow hard.  Can’t wait….
