Week 7
Overall: A- Overall I had a great week. I had great energy in the gym and even managed to eat.
Nutrition: B+ Holly has been keeping me on track with my nutrition. Its good to be accountable to someone once in a while. I don’t usually eat much steak but this week I had steak 3 time.
Training: A+ I have been really enjoying my X-rep hybrids. I’ve also been cranking up the weight all week and i feel strong. Always a good feeling.

I just discovered your blog (looking for your "secret"). So what are the plans with publishing your progress–are you in some kind of test?
Steak doesn’t sound vegetarian. Was the vegetarian only for the first month?
What is the protein/carb/fat ratio that you are shooting for? Do you have specific nutrient timing guides like lower carb in the evenings, etc.

Plans for publishing took a back seat for this project. i had way to many setbacks to make any real story. after 6 weeks I got sick for about 10 days and lost a ton of weight, and my wife had a baby the end of week 9 which totally threw whole world into the air.
i gave up on the vegetarian thing after several publishers of bodybuilding mags weren’t interested in vegetarian articles and the vegi mags said their readers don’t care about bodybuilding. That’s where the steak comes in.
