Its already here. Time to clean out the shelves and the frig. Throw away all the crap. Don’t hang around anyone who eats crap. You surround yourself with slobs you become a slob. Starting a diet is tough but once you get mentally prepared just go thru the motions and the results will follow. It take me about 3 weeks before I see any good changes and I’ve been doing this since 93′. If you do whats right, whats right will come! Don’t look at how hard it is and focus on day to day. Make it easy on yourself and prepare all meal ahead of time and focus on week to week. Only expect very small changes weekly. After 5 weeks changes will be noticeable. You will notice another change at 8 weeks then again in 11 weeks. I make most of my changes in the final 12th week. Never give up never surrender and the rewards will out weigh the suffering you went thru. Without sacrifice the victory will never come.
