THERE IS NO QUICK FIX OUT THERE! NO DRUGS ARE GOING TO MAKE YOU A PRO. IF IT WERE THAT EASY BARY BONDS WOULD LOOK LIKE A BODYBUILDER. THE FACT IS STEROIDS WILL MAKE YOU FAT. ONLY PROPER FOOD INTAKE WILL GET YOU RIPPED. WEIGHT TRAINING, CARDIO AND SUPPLEMENTATION ASSIST IN THAT. ITS PRETTY EASY THE FIRST 10 WEEKS OF A COMPETITION DIET - EAT WHOLE FOODS IN THE RIGHT BALANCE AND YOU WILL GET LEAN. YOUR SKIN WILL THIN OUT. IF YOUR MUSCLES ARE NOT FULL EAT MORE COMPLEX CARBS. IF YOU DON’T FEEL TIGHT ENOUGH EAT MORE PROTEIN. IF YOUR HOLDING WATER, DRINK MORE WATER. IF YOUR DOING OVER AN HOUR OF CARDIO PER SESSION YOUR BURNING MUSCLE. ANYONE CAN GET AWAY WITH LESS THAN AN HOUR A DAY WHILE TRAINING FOR A SHOW AND GET RIPPED. IF YOU DON’T THINK SO YOUR DIET IS OFF. LET YOUR FOOD DO THE WORK. EAT PROTEINS LIKE CHICKEN BREAST, FISH, EGG WHITES. MAKE SURE THEY ARE COOKED WITHOUT OILS (SPRAY PAM DOES NOT COUNT). EAT CARBS LIKE BROWN RICE, OATMEAL, SWEET POTATO. MAKE SURE YOU COOK THEM CLEAN ALSO AND SAME AS PROTEIN DON’T START ADDING CRAP TO IT FOR TASTE IF IT HAS ANY SUGARS OR PERSERVATIVES IN IT. MRS. DASH IS GREAT. EAT VEGETABLES LIKE ASPARAGUS, BROCOLLI, DARK LETTUCE, RAW SPINACH, PEPPERS, ETC… VEGETABLES ARE BETTER COOKED AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE. THE MORE RAW YOU CAN STAND THEM THE MORE THEY HELP BURN FAT. START YOU DIET 12 WEEKS OUT AND MEASURE AT FIRST 50% PROTEIN 50% CARBS AND VEGGIES. WEIGH FIRST THING ON EMPTY ALWAYS ON THE SAME SCALE. DON’T LOSE MORE THAN 2 LBS. A WEEK. SO IF YOUR HOLDING MORE THAN 24LBS. OF EXCESS FAT YOU MAY NEED TO START DIETING FURTHER OUT THAN 12 WEEKS. THIS DOESN’T MEAN YOUR GOING TO BE 0% BODYFAT THE END. ITS A GOOD RULE OF THUMB TO JUDGE WHERE YOU NEED TO BE 12 WEEKS OUT FROM A SHOW AS FAR AS BODYFAT GOES. DON’T GET TOO FAR OFF TRACK OFF SEASON SO THAT YOU ARE PUTTING YOUR BODY THRU UNDO STRESS.
