Sunday, August 26th, 2007I’m back eating somewhat clean again. I eat 3 clean meals a day and 2 half & half and 1 bad. This way I stay somewhat lean at about 6 to 7% bodyfat. Abs have to always look good.

Sunday, August 26th, 2007CONGRATULTAIONS TO THE NEW 2007 NPC HEART OF DIXIE OVERALL BODYBUILDING CHAMPION, ROBERT CALIN!! We knew you would take it. Congratulations to, Dustin who placed second, this was his first show. Also, Willie Sneed getting ripped in his first show. Willie promised last year he would step on stage this year. One of the few who actually followed thru! Congrats to all. Will see Robert Sept. 1st.
CONGRATULATIONS TO CICI KYLE, our client & friend, who is now the 2007 OVERALL FLORIDA FITNESS STATE CHAMPION!!! Now she is on to nationals. She is raking in the hardware 
. Way to go, we are proud of her!

2007 NPC Battle of the Bluff
Thursday, August 23rd, 2007Just got back from the NPC Battle of the Bluff Bodybuilding and Figure Championships Tunica outside Memphis where I guest posed and my wife judged.
We had a great time. Chelle and Chris Caudy put on a great show. Most of the bodybuilding classes were really close. (If you were an athlete who needs feedback or help with diet or training just email me).
2007 Masters Nationals
Thursday, August 23rd, 2007We are a back from a wonderful trip in Pittsburgh for NPC Master Nationals Bodybuilding & Figure Nationals. I am very excited to have placed 2nd this year in the Super Heavy Weight bodybuilding Master Nationals (my wife got second as well in the Figure C class). We have been consistently in the top 5 at all National level shows and this is a great sign that we are just a few steps away from our goal of turning pro. Our client, Annette Sanders also improved her conditioning and got second in the over 60 Figure class. She was her most beautiful yet. We are really proud of her. Thank you Johnny Sanders for your support. Thank you all for your nice comments and encouragement.
I received some excellent feedback from the judges and now it is just a matter of working on those details that makes the difference between 1st and second place.
My friend, Joe Ladnier also moved up to three spots this year in the heavy weights - 7th.
