			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, I have about three more weeks of offseason left and I wanted to write down a few things on how well it has went so I don&#8217;t forget.</p>
<p>1 I enjoyed myself during the holidays with no dietary restrictions.</p>
<p>2 Kept my weight within 10 lbs of my last contest weight while still eating all my favs.<br />
3 Made signifigant gains in the gym.</p>
<p>4 Stayed injury free while pushing myself to my limits.</p>
<p>5 Have a clear cut plan for the 09 season.</p>
<p>6 When I start my contest prep I will actually be eating MORE than I am now during offseason.</p>
<p>All the things I set out to do I have accomplished and more. This has been the first time in a while that I am absolutely excited about getting into contest mode, the fire is BACK !!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well it has been a eye opening year for me pertaining to my contest prep. In January I decided to spend the year trying several different contest prep approaches to see what would work the best for me once and for all, and after much trail and error and with a friend of mine, who is a Natural Pro, my answer has been found. One word - CALORIES !!! I just wasn&#8217;t gettin the amount that I need ( not even close ) when it comes to my job, my training ( which is very intense ) and my lifestyle. This has been a true revelation to me.</p>
<p>So I am heading into this offseason with a great sense of enthusiasm and optimism, looking forward to some possible great gains and a much different and fuller physique when I step on the stage again. Amazing what a year can bring, but was definitely worth my time and effort to discover the one thing that can change my future in the sport and above all, my health and recovery.
