Well, I have about three more weeks of offseason left and I wanted to write down a few things on how well it has went so I don’t forget.
1 I enjoyed myself during the holidays with no dietary restrictions.
2 Kept my weight within 10 lbs of my last contest weight while still eating all my favs.
3 Made signifigant gains in the gym.
4 Stayed injury free while pushing myself to my limits.
5 Have a clear cut plan for the 09 season.
6 When I start my contest prep I will actually be eating MORE than I am now during offseason.
All the things I set out to do I have accomplished and more. This has been the first time in a while that I am absolutely excited about getting into contest mode, the fire is BACK !!
