Well, I did my hour of cardio, and quads, hams, shoulders, and abs today. I woke up at 4:00am and I was really tired. I can’t wait for some serious cuts to start showing. I just want the process to speed up!
Well today I did Quads, Hams, shoulders, and Abs. With 25 min of cardio!!! I am feeling good. My body is finally starting to change and I am excited about the future!!
