I was very tired today. It really wasn’t the best workout. Today was leg day and I felt weak. I didn’t go very heavy at all. I was afraid I would strain something. I need some sleep!

dont forget the recovery day is very important…you are on the good way..stay focus and strong…all the best…Leo

Make sure to get some sleep! Sleep is just as important as working out and dieting… you make gains through rest!
