Tired.

Well, I did my hour of cardio, and quads, hams, shoulders, and abs today. I woke up at 4:00am and I was really tired. I can’t wait for some serious cuts to start showing. I just want the process to speed up!

    I feel you Mike, I really do. I am starting to get inpatient too b/c I feel like I don’t see any progress. It will happen, don’t worry, your hard work WILL pay off!

    I think its the plateauing that kills a lot of peoples work out programs. I am generally blessed at seeing quick results until I hit around 210# and then it craaawwwlllsss. Make sure you are changing up your individual exercises frequently so you dont get complacent and focus on the negative reps (bringing the weights down). Ive found in the past that doing the negative rep super slowly has really helped with definition.
