You would be crazy to get an online trainer. You live in the "New" bodybuilding meca. Find a local gym nearby that has IFB or NPC trainers. If you dont know any check out Apollon Gym in Edison NJ and speak with the people there. If they are to far from you they most certainly will know someone near you. Check their website out….their resume far exceeds most people on this site. Good luck!
