Joint Pain!

I’ve switched trainers.  Now mind you, due to a hand injury

(A nice,lovely,2nd degree burn)  i’ve been lifting very little wt for the past 2 weeks, of course still doing cardio.

We did upper body: six 1 min sets. Then inbetween did either jumping jacks or lunges. 40 min session. It’s been 2 days, and the top of my thighs killlllll when  i walk. Example - if i sit, i cannot lift my leg straight out, it feels sooooo fkn tight. And i can’t extend my arms all the way.

Now i’ve been sore before…but  never this bad, this seriously hurts like hell lol  Could this be due to me being mia for 2 weeks? Should i whip out the heating pad lol…morphine drip?  jk lol What could this be from?

Also, to prevent this. Someone mentioned liquid, warm jello immediatly when I get home from the gym. Suggestions? I know. It’s time for me man up. Stop laughing  lol

Sounds like you have soor hip flexor mucles. Also known as DOM’s. Just protein, Calcium, water and time should heal the pain.

Vitamin E works well, I take 1000mg before bed and I don’t feel as sore the next day. Lunges are knows to make you feel sore in all kinds of places

Yes I cant stress Omega 3’s enough. At one point I was taking 10 - 1000mg a day since I can no longer take NSAID’s. I also take Flexcin at http://www.zerojointpain.com

Look into the omega 3’s first as many people don’t realize they are a natural anti inflammatory.
