NutriSystem?
I tried it once, about 2 yrs ago. The food was awesome, and i didn’t loose wt…more like maintained it. THough, i wasn’t drinking nowhere near as much water as i do now, and i wasn’t even exercising so umm…yeah, terrible lol Anyways, my question I already prep/cook my meals about a week in advanced, but thought about switching it up, possibly making my "cooking" routine a little easier, hell…maybe take a off for the month as far as cooking, and try this again? It wouldn’t be long term, cause i do enjoy my cooking. Any suggestions? Is nutrisystem a big no no?

if you’re looking at solely dropping weight my sister did nutrisystem and cardio only and lost 25lbs over about 2 months. it all really depends on your goals, i would look at pros/cons for this as well as your current healthy diet before starting, and check with a nutritionist. i wish you the best of luck with whatever route you choose

a friend of mine tried this recently. She mentioned the smaller than usual portion sizes (this made her snack cravings go up) but did mention she lost weight with her diet and exercise. If you cook meals in advance I don’t see the point in spending the money but if you want to try something different why not?
