A little update of what’s been going on as far as training. I’ve resumed training after my back injury, getting stronger and looking forward to surpasing my previous level of muscularity and conditioning. I was not planning on competing this year due to being in Iraq and getting just two solid meals a day, then having the back injury keeping me out of the gym for a month and a half (oh and all the while drinking from being so depressed from not being in the gym)

Needless to say I did not have the productive offseason I was looking for before I stepped back on stage or considered another bodybuilding endeavor. However, I have the oportunity now to compete with the first bodybuilding team of the U.S. Air Force and am considering it. Even though, as I’ve said, not having a good offseason to pack on more quality size. I’m looking into doing this as another challenging task and a way of pushing myself to the limit yet again. If I decide to do this look for a blog right here on bodybuilding.com. Please feel free to comment and ask questions.

Thanks for reading this blog.

Stay strong,

In case you don’t read my thread posts. I decided not to go to a surgeon as schedueled for a pre op. After ending up in the E.R. with a negative CT scan I’ve opted for chiropractic help. So far it’s working great. I haven’t felt this great in quite some time. Regular training has resumed with a few modifications. Still can’t deadlift yet and no bicep training yet. I tore my right bicep too.

MaxOT deffinately works…………if you can stay injury free!

Anway feels great to be back doing what I love. Stay tuned for some dramatic changes, I’ve started my cutting phase. Time to rip it up!

Anyway, I’m quite the fatty in these pics, been out of the gym trying to heal from injury and put on some weight, I worked my dinner muscles alot!

Anyway, I am not about to embark on a cutting frenzy utilizing MaxOT cardio 3x a week, then I’ll bump it up to 4x, then 5x, then 6x and leaving it at that, possibly twice a day, I’ll let the mirror be my guide. Diet is going to change dramatically these next three months as well as all the cardio. Prepare for a new me….

Allright here goes my first log. I’ll try to log as often as I can, I’m new to bodyspace so I don’t know how to do the workout log yet do I just start a long in the forums??? I’ll figure it out, but if I don’t I’ll just post here for now, I plan on entering diet training etc so you can follow me.

Today I trained shoulders. I took some NanoVapor I got for free from a neighbor (gave me 4 servings) this shiz had me amped like nothing I’ve ever experienced before, no heart flutters or jitters or anything (I have to watch that I have a very sensitive system which can be good but bad at the same time) I’m going to have to sart carrying a notebook to the gym to keep track of weight used and sets/reps. Today I went straight to warming up (I ALWAYS do this since injuring shoulder, plus it’s freezing in my gym) after that I went into Push Presses; I’ve become a fan of these to overload, follwed by arnold presses, then laterals, upright rows, bent over laterals, trap shrugs, and then calf work-seated, standing, and 45deg. calf.

Anyway, can’t log my weights used but was pretty stoked about using the 40s for side lateral raises with good form.

I haven’t posted sooner because I’m trying to devise a plan on training nutrition etc. right now I’m just doing what I always do, high intensity, high volume, mosly 1 muscle group a workout. Earlier this month I was going twice a day! I had so much agression and energy I had to get out, due to my custody battle I’m going through.

So here’s to change. I look forward to training along side my longtime friend Brandon a.ka. DemonXXL, guess we can be virtual training partners..ha….just pushing through encouragement instead of yelling at the other in person and spotting..

I do however wish I had a training partner here to train with, the problem I’ve found is finding someone who trains the way I do and more importantly is as committed and driven as I am. Nobody wants a partner you have to drag to the gym (like my roommate cough cough)

Well I’ll close for now, gotta eats me some protein.arrrrghh

New pics uploaded today. This has been after gettin back to hardcore training for a couple months. Stopped training for like 7 months due to divorce/depression etc. But now I’m back in full force. Gettin ready to get Diesel!!! This will be the begining pic, I’ve got others I’ll post later of what I looked like before I ever touched a weight…..so puney!! lol

Again these current pics are before my HUGE BULK that I am about to embark on, I plan on bulking for a least a few months or so, then I’ll cut it up, I find it best for the body to focus on one or the other, that way I can maximize size and building muscle with calorie surplus! I will update pics every month and chart my training and diet when I get time!

F.Y.I all pics posted are how I currently look, I’m not pushing out my stomach to make myself fatter or some other form of trickery some do to thier before pics so they look more incredible in thier after pics. I’m not about that. I will be documenting my progress from here on out. Stay tuned.
